Refund Policy

At Harshdeep Foundation, we take great pride in the quality of our products, all of which are handcrafted by underprivileged women. Your purchase directly supports their livelihood and our environmental conservation efforts.

Our Policy: Replacements Only, No Cash Refunds

As a charitable foundation, all proceeds from sales are reinvested into our community programs. Therefore, we do not offer cash refunds for any purchased items.

Defective or Damaged Items

We understand that issues may occasionally arise. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we are happy to offer a replacement.

Our replacement policy covers the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Calculated from the date of delivery, you must notify us within 7 days.
  • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect must be provided.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at harshdeepfoundation@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
  2. Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for the replacement item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
